Job Description
As delivery manager you will, within your team, take care of coordination and supervision of the projects and communication with our client. You work with the project team and monitor the progress and budget of the sprints we run for the customers within the team. Dealing with clients is child's play for you and you have demonstrable experience working with a development team. You have experience with scrum and can lead a consultation with developers and the client as efficiently as possible. You do this with an eye for detail. You see commercial opportunities, which you (together with the MT) bring to fruition.
The primary location for this position will be Leeuwarden. The desired division will be 1 or 2 days at our office in Groningen, the rest of the days in Leeuwarden.

Tasks
- Making schedules by bringing together capacity on our side and demand on the client side;
- Control, monitor and report on project progress and budget;
- Coordinating and leading meetings (backlog refinement sessions, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc);
- Ensure optimal customer contact;
- Provide input to cost estimates for new projects;
- Running impact mapping workshops (discovery phases) for existing and new clients;
- Seeing (commercial) opportunities with clients and acting on them.
Requirements
We do not work with explicit job requirements. We assume maturity of the candidate who can judge for himself on the basis of the description whether this is a position in which he can happily add value to our company.
